Product Details

As a new type of power transmission device for construction hoisting machines, the sliding contact line uses high-quality insulating material for the shell and embeds 5 power transmission aluminum conductors as the power busbars. It is configured with a flexible collector, and its structure is simple, compact, safe, reliable, and energy-saving. Each sliding contact line is 3016mm long (equivalent to the height of 2 standard sections), and it is directly installed on the standard section using iron fittings. Its invention effectively solves the problems that have plagued customers for many years, such as short service life of cables, easy theft, and disconnection due to strong winds, which affect safe construction.

Product Advantages:
(1) Does not occupy elevator load capacity: The sliding contact line is fixed on the standard section, and the weight is distributed among the standard sections, which does not increase the load of the cage.
(2) Not affected by weather: The sliding contact line is fixed on the standard section, no matter how strong the wind is, the sliding contact line remains stationary, and does not affect the operation of the construction hoist.
(3) Not easily lost: The sliding contact line has low added value after disassembly and is not profitable.
(4) Easy to replace damaged parts: The sliding contact line is an assembly. If any part is damaged, only the damaged part needs to be replaced, and the entire line does not need to be replaced. The replacement of parts is relatively simple, and only the connector needs to be disassembled on site.
(5) Will not top out: When the construction hoist is equipped with a sliding contact line, if the limit switch fails, and the collector rushes out of the top end of the sliding contact line, the system will automatically cut off the power, and the hoist will stop running, preventing topping out.
(6) Can be added according to the project progress: Each sliding contact line is 3016mm long, equivalent to the height of two standard sections. The connection method is plug-in, and it can be added as the standard section is increased.
(7) Reusable: The sliding contact line can be used for 4 to 6 years normally. After the project is completed, it can be reused.
